ORGANIZER's Terms and Conditions

ArtMuse s.r.o. is the organizer of social, artistic, cultural, educational, and entertainment productions. These organizational terms and conditions apply to all events held under the auspices of or in cooperation with ArtMuse s.r.o. Event venues include all spaces and locations where any production or event takes place and where any related services are provided or arranged by the organizer or its partners, including accompanying events organized by the organizer or partners, as well as all other areas marked with the organizer’s or partners’ branding.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. By purchasing a ticket for any event, or by attending without the need to purchase a ticket, visitors agree to these organizational terms and conditions.
  2. Visitors must behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety, health, or property of others, including equipment and facilities at the event venue. Visitors must comply with instructions from organizers, security staff, and members of emergency services, including fire, medical, and safety personnel.
  3. Event staff and security personnel are present to protect attendees and ensure safety at the venue.
  4. Responsibilities and powers of event staff and security personnel include:
    1. Ticket inspection upon entry and at any time during the event, including random checks.
    2. Personal searches at entry points (bringing in dangerous or unauthorized items is strictly prohibited).
    3. Removal of individuals without valid tickets, aggressive behavior, security threats, unauthorized or contract-violating vendors, drug dealers, intoxicated individuals, or anyone disturbing the event or compromising attendee safety.
    4. Preventing access to restricted areas and protecting the organizer’s property.
  5. Photography (with or without flash), and audio or audiovisual recording of performing artists are strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule infringes on the rights of the organizer and artists and may result in legal action.
  6. The use of mobile phones and smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited during the event. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas after the performance.
  7. Image and audio recordings (photos, videos) are taken during the event for promotional purposes. By entering the event, visitors consent to the use of their likeness by the organizer and its partners. Visitors may refuse or later withdraw their consent by emailing info@artmuseagency.com.
  8. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the use of your email address to receive updates regarding changes, cancellations, or rescheduling. Your email will be shared with ArtMuse s.r.o. and the ticketing provider.

EVENT ACCESS

  1. Visitors must adhere to all national and local regulations and venue rules.
  2. Entry to specific event segments is only permitted with a valid ticket unless designated as free.
  3. Entry is denied to individuals inappropriately dressed or visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  4. Visitors must undergo a security check upon request; refusal results in denied entry.
  5. Attendees enter and use the venue at their own risk and are responsible for avoiding harm to themselves or others. The organizer is not liable for damages caused by other visitors or acts of God (e.g., extreme weather).
  6. Animals are not allowed, except for assistance dogs with prior approval (at least one day in advance, via phone: +420 734 844 449).
  7. Weapons, explosives, flammable, toxic, or otherwise hazardous items are prohibited. Open flames and pyrotechnics, including sky lanterns, are also banned.
  8. Bringing food or drinks into the audience area is prohibited.
  9. Entry opens 1 hour before outdoor events and 30 minutes before indoor events, and closes 5 minutes before start time. The organizer may change these times.
  10. Visitors must take their seats at least 5 minutes before the event begins. Latecomers may only be seated during applause or intermission, and alternative seating may be provided.
  11. In the case of government-imposed restrictions on cultural events, additional entry requirements may apply (e.g., proof of non-infectious status, negative test, temperature check, face masks). Current conditions will be posted on the organizer’s official website, social media, and ticketing pages.

EVENT CONDUCT

  1. Visitors must respect seat reservations made by the organizer.
  2. Personal belongings must be stored in designated areas. The organizer is not liable for items stored elsewhere and may remove such items.
  3. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event after a warning.
  4. Dress codes apply unless otherwise specified by the organizer. Specific rules for venues:
    • Outdoor events: dress appropriately for weather.
    • Historic venues: no high heels.
    • Church venues: no bare shoulders.
  5. Visitors must obey all signs and instructions at the venue.
  6. It is prohibited to move chairs, take provided items (blankets, ponchos, etc.), or misuse equipment.
  7. In the event of evacuation, visitors must follow the instructions of evacuation personnel.

TICKETS

  1. Ticket Sales and Validity
    • Tickets are sold online via www.artmuseagency.com through the ENIGOO booking system.
    • Tickets are sold in order of purchase until capacity is reached or reservations are released.
    • Unsold tickets may be available onsite 1 hour before the event.
    • Forging tickets is a criminal offense.
    • A ticket is valid for one entry; re-entry is not allowed.
    • Tickets are valid only for the specified date, time, and location, and must include a stub (physical) or valid barcode (online).
    • Please check ticket details carefully; no complaints will be accepted later.
  2. Refund Policy
    a) Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost tickets are not replaced.
    b) Refunds are only granted if the event is canceled without rescheduling. Refunds must be claimed where the ticket was purchased by the deadline set by the organizer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    c) Refunds are not provided in the event of rescheduling or venue change due to force majeure. Tickets remain valid for the new date/location unless otherwise stated.
    d) No refund is granted for early termination due to force majeure (e.g., bad weather), if the event lasted at least 15 minutes after the start of the performance.

PROGRAM CHANGES

  1. The organizer reserves the right to change the program (date, lineup, venue). Any changes will be promptly announced on the official website or social media.
  2. In case of bad weather and no alternative venue, the start time may be delayed by up to 120 minutes.

Use of the ARTMUSE website

By using or visiting the ArtMuse website (including, without limitation, ) or any products, software, data feeds, and services provided to you on, from, or through the ArtMuse website (collectively the “Service”) you signify your agreement to (1) these terms and conditions (the „Terms and Conditions of Use“), and (2) the ArtMuse’s Privacy Policy and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms or the ArtMuse’s Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to these Terms and Conditions of Use, you should periodically review the most up-to-date version. The ArtMuse may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions of Use and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Proprietary Rights and Restrictions on Use

The contents of the websites, which include, without limitation, text, audio, graphics, music, video, data, images, software and web site appearances, design, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service (“Contents”), are the property of the ArtMuse, or third parties, and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, patents and other proprietary rights and laws. In addition, the Contents are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation.

All rights in and to the websites, their Contents and the Names are reserved, and no part of them may be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our prior express written approval for each use. You acknowledge that any use or reproduction of the Names or the Contents, except as expressly permitted herein, will cause irreparable damage and you consent to the entry of injunctive relief against such use.

The Contents are available for your own use, for non-commercial and educational purposes only. Such use is subject to additional restrictions or laws that govern individual files or programs. If you are permitted to use any part of the Contents, you must cite the author and source of the Contents along with the URL www.artmuseagency.com each time you do so. Except as set forth herein, you may not copy, publish, reproduce, transmit, frame, hyperlink, upload, post or distribute in any way, or create derivative works from the Contents, in any form or in any medium. Any downloading of any contents is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage done to your computer system or loss of data which may result from such download.

The artmuse websites are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, artmuse association, disclaims all warranties including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, title, noninfringement of intellectual property and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the functions contained on the websites or in the contents will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the websites or the server(s) that make the websites available are free of viruses or other harmful or destructive components. You, and not the artmuse, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that artmuse shall not be liable under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any loss or damage whatsoever, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, actual, incidental, special, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information, arising out of the use of or inability to use the artmuse opera websites or the contents, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, even if we are advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. By using the artmuse opera websites, you waive any claims you may have against the met which may result from your use or inability to use the sites. If you are dissatisfied with these websites or the contents, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the sites. Indemnification

You agree, at your sole cost and expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the ArtMuse, their officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and subsidiaries, from and against any and all claims, demands, judgments, losses, deficiencies, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees, costs of settlement, and costs of litigation or mediation) incurred in connection with, or arising out of, your violation or alleged violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use or the law of any jurisdiction or in connection with your use or inability to use the ArtMuse websites or any product or service related thereto.
